Your Blood is frozen solid in your veins. While it is of no use to you, perhaps it can be of some use to your warm-bodied allies.


 

On your turn, as a Bonus Action, you can expend your own Hit Dice to heal yourself and nearby creatures, expending one hit die per Spell Level (Min of 1, Max of 3). Once expended, these hit die cannot be regained until after your next Long Rest, where you will gain them back per usual rules. Streaks of your frozen blood leave your body, fly towards your targets, and are transfused into their veins causing a chilling sensation similar to that of being stabbed with an icicle. 

Targeting up to as many creatures per Spell Level within range , you can heal each creature an amount up to the allotted number of Hit Dice plus your Con Modifier.

Each target can receive one or more of your Hit Die (Con mod is only added once, even if more dice are used) and those die are expended, so they can be split among targets (eg, Creature A gets 2 hit dice + Con, Creature B gets 1 die + Con). You can choose which die to expend if you have more than one type, but you must have enough hit die at the time of casting equal to the level at which you are casting the spell, otherwise the spell will fail and the spell slot will be lost.


 

At Higher Levels: You can expend an additional hit die for every level cast above level 1 (Maximum of lvl 3), and can target up to as many creatures as the level of spell cast.
