When you use this spell on an object or a opponent they are stuck in a stasis and for the amount of damage is inflicted on them during the spell is the amount of feet they get launched in the opposite way. The spell cannot launch the spell caster

the object or opponent cannot lose or gain HP

at higher levels it can launch the object/opponent in whatever direction you want. And at even higher levels it can launch the caster
