You swirl your hands in the space around you, conjuring a greyish cloud of dust to spin so fast that it becomes a tornado. This tornado stretches outward in a 30 foot sphere, and reaches 200 feet in height. Any creature who is in this sphere at any time is lifted off the ground to a height determined by the caster within 200 feet into the air. As a bonus action, the caster can end the spell, and cause the creatures to fall, taking the appropriate amount of bludgeoning damage. While in the air, the creature is blinded, and cannot take reactions.
