Choose one creature within 100 feet that you can see, a bolt of lighting than shoots forth. The creature must succeed a DC16 dexterity saving throw or take 5d6 and become paralyzed, if the DC is met the creature will only take half damage and no other effects.
Using this at 2nd level it increases the damage to 6d6 and 7d6 at 3rd.

This Ability can be used once per short rest or twice per long rest.
