As part of casting this spell, you throw up to six acorns, which take root and rapidly grow into adult trees where they land.
Each tree is has a diametr of up to 5 feet and has 15 AC and 50 HP.
The acorns can be thrown up to 60 feet. They can all be thrown in the same direction, or in different directions. They must land in fertile ground (not on bare rock or a wooden floor, for example) for the spell to be effective, and they must have enough space to grow.
You have a special bond with this grove; it grants you advantage on saving throws you make within 30 feet of one of the trees.
This benefit ends if all of the trees are destroyed.
The trees shrink back into acorns when the spell ends.

Posted Jan 11, 2019Wonderful flavor! Reminds me of Asterix: Mansions of the Gods.
I feel advantage on all saves for (possibly) 24 hours is a bit much, IMO. I would have this benefit end after 1 minute (enough time for most combats).
Also, what happens if a tree suddenly grows under a creature?
Bones of the Earth spell in XGTE says:
The ground where a pillar appears must be wide enough for its diameter, and you can target the ground under a creature if that creature is Medium or smaller (...) that creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be lifted by the pillar. A creature can choose to fail the save.
Since the purpose of this spell isn't to damage creatures, I would suggest simply have creatures be pushed aside to the closest avalaible space (maybe a dex save or fall prone).
