You release an electric discharge at a creature you can see within range. A target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d12 lightning damage. If the target also fails a Constitution saving throw DC 10, they are stunned until the start of their next turn. The spell leaps to multiple targets when you reach higher levels: the electricity leaps from the target to a different creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of it at the 5th level. It leaps again at 11th level, and again at 17th level. Each time the spell leaps, roll the damage again and subtract 2. The spell can't leap to the same creature twice in a cast.
