You brandish the weapon used in the spell’s casting and make a melee attack with it against one creature within 5 feet of you. On a hit, the target suffers the weapon attack’s normal effects and they must make a strength saving throw. On a fail they are knocked prone by the force of the wind generated by the attack.

 

At Higher Levels. At 5th level, the melee attack deals an extra 1d8 force damage to the target on a hit, and it they are prone may be pushed up to 5ft in any direction you choose. Damage and push distance increase again at 11th level, (2d8 & 10ft) and at17th level (3d8 & 15ft).
