Many regard being blind as a limitation, but not monks of the closed eye, they regard it as a gift. Rather being born blind or blinding themselves by choice, these monks are a force to be reckoned with. They learn techniques to see through vibrations in the ground and heightened hearing, eventually being able to perceive the weave itself.

Eyes Wide Closed

At third level, Monks who choose the Way of the Closed Eye gain these benefits while subject to the Blinded condition:

• You gain Tremor Sense with a 30 ft radius
• You have advantage on perception checks not requiring sight
• You are immune to being under the surprised condition
• You do not suffer the attack disadvantage you would have from being blind
• Enemies do not receive the attack advantage from you being blind.
• Due to your increased hearing, you can still utilize deflect missiles as normal 
• You can expend a ki-point to listen to your target's heartbeat, gaining advantage on insight checks made against them

At 6th level, your tremor vision increases by 10 ft. This is repeated at 11th level and 17th level.

At 6th level, you gain the ability to impose blindness on an enemy. When you hit an opponent, you can spend a ki point to overwhelm your opponent's senses, making them blind until the start of your next turn. 

Weave Vision

Beginning at 11th level, your intense training has given you the ability to perceive the shifts and movements of the weave. You gain the effects of detect magic for 60 feet. Along with this, you can begin to perceive the very life force of things around you

This effect increases to 120 ft at level 17

Gain blind sight for 30ft  for 1 minute 1/LR

This effect can be used 2/LR at level 17

Foresight

Starting at 17th level, your tremor sense has become so sensitive that you can predict enemies movements based on the shift of their weight and movements. Enemies making melee attacks against you have disadvantage. If this causes your enemy to miss, you may expend a ki point to make a counter attack.
