Wizard
Base Class: Wizard

An arcane tradition where wizards take an entirely different approach to spell-casting by foregoing the traditional route of study (either through preference or lack of talent). They learn to cast spells by doing complex calculations from The Compendium of Arcane Algorithms based on infinitesimal variables and utilize formal training to intuit an eleven number sequence that they use to align eleven rings of the Numerokinetic Conduit. They then press the actuator, and the desired spell effect is instantaneously manifested with no spell slot expenditure or material or somatic components.

Analytical Mind

Starting at 2nd level, you can spend an action to analyze a target, making an Intelligence (Investigation) check against a DC determined by the DM. On a success, you gain advantage on your next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw against the analyzed target. At 6th level, you may add your proficiency bonus to the roll once per day; you gain an additional use at 10th and 14th level.

Mathematical Principles

Starting at 2nd level, you gain a deeper understanding of mathematical principles. You gain proficiency in the History skill, and can use your Analytical Mind ability to recall specific mathematical formulas, equations, or theories relevant to a story situation.

Probability Analysis

Starting at 6th level, you can spend an action to analyze a target, object, or situation, making an Intelligence (Investigation) check against a DC determined by the DM. On a success, you gain insight into the likelihood of various outcomes related to the target, object, or situation. Once you've analyzed a target or situation, you and all creatures you choose within sight gain advantage on any attack rolls, ability checks, or saving throws related to it for the next round.

Precise Understanding of Likelihoods

Starting at 10th level, your understanding of probability is so advanced that you can precisely predict the likelihood of certain outcomes. You can spend an action to gain advantage and add your proficiency bonus on any single die roll that you make, such as an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw. You must declare your use of this ability before the roll is made. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per day.

Fractal Magic

Starting at 14th level, you gain the ability to create fractal patterns with your spells. When you cast a spell, you can choose to create a fractal pattern that spreads the effects of the spell to nearby targets. Each additional target must be within 10 feet of a previously affected target. The number of additional targets affected depends on the level of the spell:
* 1st level spell: 1 additional target
* 2nd level spell: 2 additional targets
* 3rd level spell: 3 additional targets
* 4th level spell: 4 additional targets
* 5th level spell: 5 additional targets
You can use this ability once per long rest.

Analytical Mind Proficiency Bonus

Starting at 2nd level, you can spend an action to analyze a target, making an Intelligence (Investigation) check against a DC determined by the DM. On a success, you gain advantage on your next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw against the analyzed target. At 6th level, you may add your proficiency bonus to the Intelligence check and roll with advantage once per day; you gain an additional use at 10th and 14th level.
