Base Class: Fighter
The Z-Fighter subclass focuses on the martial arts and ki-based techniques of the Dragon Ball Z universe. Fighters who choose this subclass become masters of their own bodies and learn to harness their inner energy to perform incredible feats of strength, speed, and endurance.
Ki Focus

Ki Points: At 3rd level, Z-Fighters gain a pool of ki points equal to their fighter level. They can use these points to power various abilities, as described in their subclass features.

Regaining Ki Points: Z-Fighters regain all expended ki points after a short or long rest.

Using Ki Points: To use a ki-based ability, a Z-Fighter must spend a certain number of ki points. The specific cost is listed in the ability's description. For example, the Kamehameha ability costs 3 ki points to use.

Ki Techniques
At 7th level, you learn to use your ki energy to perform powerful techniques. You gain the following abilities:
- Kamehameha: You can spend 3 ki points to shoot a powerful beam of energy from your hands, dealing 3d8 force damage to a target within 30 feet.
- Solar Flare: You can spend 2 ki points to emit a blinding flash of light, causing all creatures within 30 feet of you to be blinded until the end of your next turn.
- Instant Transmission: You can spend 6 ki points to teleport yourself and any willing creatures within 30 feet to a location you can see.
Ki Techniques
At 7th level, you learn to use your ki energy to perform powerful techniques. You gain the following abilities:
- Kamehameha: You can spend 3 ki points to shoot a powerful beam of energy from your hands, dealing 3d8 force damage to a target within 30 feet.
- Solar Flare: You can spend 2 ki points to emit a blinding flash of light, causing all creatures within 30 feet of you to be blinded until the end of your next turn.
- Instant Transmission: You can spend 6 ki points to teleport yourself and any willing creatures within 30 feet to a location you can see.
Ki Mastery
At 10th level, you have mastered the use of your ki energy. You gain the following abilities:
- Flight: You can spend 4 ki points to gain the ability to fly for up to 1 minute.
- Super Saiyan: You can spend 8 ki points to transform into a Super Saiyan, gaining incredible strength and speed for 1 minute. While transformed, your unarmed strikes deal an additional 1d6 force damage, and you gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
Ki Mastery
At 10th level, you have mastered the use of your ki energy. You gain the following abilities:
- Flight: You can spend 4 ki points to gain the ability to fly for up to 1 minute.
- Super Saiyan: You can spend 8 ki points to transform into a Super Saiyan, gaining incredible strength and speed for 1 minute. While transformed, your unarmed strikes deal an additional 1d6 force damage, and you gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
Ki Perfection
At 15th level, your mastery of ki energy has reached its pinnacle. You gain the following abilities:
- Spirit Bomb: You can spend 12 ki points to gather energy from all living creatures within a 1-mile radius, creating a massive ball of energy that deals 12d8 force damage to all creatures within a 100-foot radius.
- Instantaneous Movement: You can spend 10 ki points to instantly teleport yourself and any willing creatures within 30 feet to any location you have previously visited.
Ultra Instinct
At 18th level, you have achieved the ultimate mastery of your body and ki energy. You gain the ability to enter Ultra Instinct mode, allowing you to move and react with incredible speed and agility. While in Ultra Instinct mode, you gain the following benefits:
- Your movement speed is doubled.
- You gain advantage on all Dexterity saving throws.
- You can make one additional attack with your Attack action.
- You are immune to being surprised, and you can't be flanked by enemies.
- You can spend 15 ki points to activate Ultra Instinct mode for 1 minute.
