Base Class: Barbarian

Their presence alone can turn the tide of battle, as they charge into the fray, rallying their warriors with primal ferocity and unyielding courage.
Rise Up!
3rd-Level Path of the Warchief feature
When you enter your rage, choose up to two allies plus your Constitution modifier within 60 feet of you who can see or hear you. These allies gain temporary hit points equal to your Barbarian level plus your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1). While these temporary hit points last, their movement speed increases by 5 feet. These temporary hit points last until your rage ends.
Then choose a number of enemies up to your Constitution modifier to make a Constitution saving throw. Those who fail are frightened until the end of your next turn.
Issue Commands
6th-level Path of the Warchief feature
Starting at 6th level, you can direct your allies to act with precision. As a bonus action on your turn, when you start raging or while you are raging, you can grant an ally within 60 feet who can see or hear you one of the following benefits:
Move Command: The ally can use their reaction to move up to their speed.
Attack Command: The ally can use their reaction to make one weapon attack.
Triage Command: The ally can use their reaction to gain temporary hit points equal to 3 times your rage bonus.
Warchief's Cunning
10th-level Path of the Warchief feature
At 10th level, your commanding presence becomes even more imposing. When an ally within 30 feet of you makes a saving throw, you can use your reaction to grant them advantage on the roll. You can do this up to your constitution times per day. Additionally, add your strength to all charisma checks.
War Orders
14th-level Path of the Warchief feature
Beginning at 14th level, your strategic acumen reaches its peak. When you use your Issue Orders feature, you can choose up to two different benefits instead of one, and you can grant them to different allies or the same ally. Additionally, gain the following orders:
Aim Command: The ally can use their reaction to gain advantage on their next cantrip or weapon attack.
Fall Back Command: The ally can use their reaction to move half their movement speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Evasive Command: The ally can use their reaction to Dodge.
