Base Class: Fighter
As a member of the Blade Lineage you bear your scars from combat proudly, and don't hesitate to put your body on the line when fighting.
Scarred Body
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage from nonmagical weapons.
Additionally, when you reach 9th level, you're resistance upgrades to include Magical Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage.
Yield Your Flesh
Starting at 3rd level, your fearless tenacity and willingness to use your body as a tool creates an opening for vicious strikes. Using your action you can forgo your attack action to give your opponent an opening to attack, at advantage. If they hit you immediately counter attack, at advantage, doubling the dice of your damage and adding the modifier of your enemy.
If you have resistance or immunity to the damage, you no longer do.
When you get access to Multi-attack, you forgo all your attacks and pull all the damage onto one strike. Adding all those attacks dice into one attack and then doubling all the dice.
Numb Body
Starting at 7th level, your scarred body has become so numb that you have advantage on saving throws that require a physical stat (ex. Str, Dex, Con), additionally if it's to reduce damage you halve it regardless of if you fail or succeed.
Singular Determination
Starting at 10th level, once per long rest, when you get hit with an attack that would reduce your hp to zero, instead you drop to one.
To Claim Their Bones
Starting at 15th level, you truly learn the lesson your Mentor has been teaching you. When you would get hit by an attack, and you had used Yield Your Flesh during your own turn, you may use that attack again, in exchange you agree to lose all resistances and immunities to the damage.
The Mentor's Technique
Starting at 18th level, you truly understand that what drove your Mentor, was protecting you, his people. With this realization you gain his ferocity, when you use Singular Determination, make a Yield Your Flesh attack against the attacker that would down you, adding the damage that was just done to you, to the attack. If the attacker is further than you're weapons range, you still make the attack, throwing your weapon even if it doesn't have the thrown property.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
