Base Class: Monk

A form of martial arts that use dragons as a guide to learn and master fire and lightning.They can shoot fire out of their fists, breath fire or lightning, and even go into a state of being that even the mightiest dragons tremble. Not guided by the scaled tyrant but guided by the elements these beasts master.They truly are a form of their own dragon kind.

Flaming fist

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate flames to shoot out of your fist while using flurry of blows with no coast of another ki point. This addition to your Flurry of blows deals 1d6 fire damage (at lvl 5 2d6, lvl 7 3d6, lvl 9 4d6, lvl 11 5d6, lvl 13 6d6 Fire damage) 

Redirect flames and lightning

At 6th level, you gain the ability to redirect fire and lightning. You can spend a ki point and use a reaction to reduce the damage of a range fire or lighting attack with 1d10 + dex mod + monk lvl.

You can spend another ki point to redirect the attack even if the attack still damaged you and can fire back to any target for 1d10 + dex mod + monk lvl within 30ft range. 

Dragon's Breath

Beginning at 11th level, you can breath fire or lighting right from your mouth at a 10d6 + dex or wis mod of fire or lighting damage at a range of 30ft cone. You can not use both damage types at the same time only one damage type. (dex mod = fire damage) (wis mod = lightning damage)

Dragon's Heart

At 17th level, you gain the ability to charge up your body at an alarming rate to deal extra and maximum damage. As a bonus action, you can spend 3 Ki points to go into this state of being for 1 minute. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can deal an additional 6d10 + dex mod or wis mod of fire or lighting damage. If a target gets hit by you in this state it must roll a dex save of 15 or higher or else deals another 1d6 of what ever damage type it previously get hit from.

(dex mod = fire damage Wis mod = lightning damage)

You can only choose one form of damage type in this state. You can not use both.

Enemies have now an advantage on attacking you but if they hit you with a melee attack they must roll a dex save of 15 or higher or else gets delt with 1d6 fire or lightning damage what ever type of state your in. (fire state being 1d6 fire damage) (lightning state being 1d6 lightning damage)
