Base Class: Monk

Most Monks have come to never use shields but under this path your shield is everything you have in order to gain the benefits of this class you must have a shield equipped in on hand and be unarmed in the other.

Shield Manipulation:

Starting at 3rd level when you chose this path you can now wield a shield and still gain the benefits of monks unarmored defense, Shields are also now considered one of your monk weapons. On your turn you can use your action to spend one ki point to throw your shield at a target that is within 15 feet of you, if the attack misses you can spend another ki point to bring the shield back other wise the shield will land 10 feet behind the target, additionally when the attack hits you can spend 1 additional point to hit a target within 5 feet of that target. if the second target is greater than 15 feet from you your shield will fall to the ground after the attack hits if the target if the shield is still within 15 feet of you after both attacks the shield will return to you.

Perfect Defense

Starting at 6th level when being attacked you can use your reaction to spend 2 ki points to had your proficiency bonus to your shield until the start of your next turn.

Greater Shield Manipulation

Starting at 11th level your shield can now reach up 25 feet and you can spend up to 2 more ki points to bounce your shield around targets, additionally the first target you hit must make a constitution saving throw equal to (8+ your proficiency bonus + your wisdom modifier) or be stunned until the end of they're next turn.

Master Shield Manipulation

Starting at 17th level your monk reflexes have become so honed with your shield that all allies within 5 feet of you now gain half your shield bonus (this also carries over half from perfect defense) and all targets hit by your shield throw must make a constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of they're next turn.
