Base Class: Bard
Due to Psionic testing and study you developed the skill to project music out from yourself. This allows you to produce music that would not be possible otherwise through a single performer. The music produced varies per individual and generally seems to be from another world containing unknown instruments yet to be heard.
You become a living embodiment of music, allowing you to manipulate musical energy in various ways in addition to setting the vibe of combat encounters through your unique skill of Psionic performances
Perform: Anthem of Conflict
Starting at 3rd level, you learn to manipulate your mental prowess and produce a concentration of music around you through psionic energy. You become an embodiment of music, setting the tone of the combat encounter
At the beginning of combat, you can spend a use of Bardic inspiration (without using a bonus action) to activate "Perform: "Anthem of Conflict""
If you do so, roll on the "Battle Themes Table", determining what song from your song list you will produce for that combat encounter
While under the effects of "Anthem of Conflict" you become full of focus and in sync with the music, and continuously gain 1 charge of FX when activating "Perform: "Anthem of Conflict"" and at the beginning of each subsequent round for the duration of that combat encounter.
You cannot hold more than 1 use of FX at one time while under the effects of "Anthem of Conflict", and FX charges decay at the end of combat
You can only have 1 performance active at any time

FX
While under the effects of one of your performances, you gain the ability to channel musical energy into FX charges
FX charges can be spent to augment your combat abilities in various ways
At 3rd Level you can learn up to 2 FX skills
At 7th level you learn up to 4 FX skills
At 12th Level you learn up to 6 FX skills
FX skills can be swapped out during a long rest
COMPRESS
When hitting a target with a weapon or spell attack within 20ft , you can spend 1 FX charge to create an aftershock of musical energy that attempts to COMPRESS the targets mind with psionic force.
COMPRESS deals additional psychic damage equal to 1 roll of your bardic inspiration die. COMPRESS Can be used up to 3 times in one Bonus action at the cost of additional FX charges

DELAY
When hitting a target with either a weapon or spell attack, you can spend 1 FX charge to add a DELAYED burst of noise into the Psyche of an enemy.
If they make a weapon or spell attack within the next minute, they must roll a Charisma Save and on a failed save they suffer Psychic damage and mental anguish equal to 2 rolls of your Bardic Inspiration Dice. On a successful save they take half damage.

DIFFUSE
Using your psionic abilities, you react to a spell attack against you that you can see being cast, channelling musical energy to DIFFUSE magic in a small area in front of you. You roll a Charisma save, and if you roll higher than the enemy rolled to hit you, the spell is DIFFUSED in front of you and has no effect

DISPERSE
Using your psionic abilities, you react to a weapon or spell attack against you within 50ft, channelling musical energy through your weapons to DISPERSE the energy of the attack against you. The enemy must roll disadvantage on attack rolls against you until the end of their turn.
Requires 1 FX charge
DISTORT
When hitting a target with a weapon or spell attack, you can spend 1 FX charge to DISTORT their mental faculties, inducing a sensory overload to the target. The target must make a Constitution Save. On a failed save they suffer psychic damage equal to 1 roll of your bardic inspiration dice, and are stunned by the sensory overload for 1 round. On a successful save, they take half damage, and are not stunned

MODULATE
After you successfully hit a target with a weapon or spell attack, you can spend FX charges to attempt an additional attack.
You use a tremendous amount of focus to MODULATE the amount of energy channelled through your weapon, in an attempt to completely shatter the legs or appropriate limbs of the target within range.
You must roll to hit using your spell attack modifier for MODULATE. On a miss MODULATE is wasted and nothing happens.
On a successful hit you deal tremendous psychic damage, equal to 4 rolls of your bardic inspiration dice to a target. The target must also roll a Constitution save. On a failed save the target is additionally knocked prone and their movement is reduced to 5ft for 1 minute. On a successful save the target is not knocked prone, but their movement is reduced to 10ft for 1 minute

RECORD
In reaction to an ally action, you use your mental psionics to RECORD the weapon or spell action of an ally that you can see within 50ft. You Immediately follow up your ally's turn with your own version of the RECORDED action using that ally's original rolls. The RECORDED action must follow the standard rulings for the copied weapon attack or spell to function and will always results in psychic damage wherever possible

REVERB
During your turn you can spend a bonus action to channel musical energy in a sphere around you, creating an echo of REVERB that pulses a burst of psychic energy that disrupts nearby enemies. Enemies within 20ft of you must make a Charisma Save.
On a failed save, enemies take psychic damage equal to one roll of your bardic inspiration dice, and are deafened for their next turn.
On a success they take half damage and are not deafened

SIDE CHAIN
After a successful Weapon or Spell attack, you can spend a bonus action to create a CHAIN of psychic energy from your weapons. After channelling musical energy, SIDE CHAIN sends out the energy to deal additional psychic damage to up to 3 targets within 20ft of each other including your original attack target. This deals Psychic damage equal to a roll of your bardic inspiration die

Shuffle Time!
At 6th level, you expand your musical repertoire increasing the size and roll of your Battle Themes table for your "Anthem of Conflict" performance. In addition to this you develop an internal shuffle, giving the ability to transition to another song during your performances
You also now have a deeper appreciation for your music pushing you to subconsciously strike enemies on the beat of your current performance in combat.

On Repeat!
At 6th level, due to how frequently you perform, you have developed a newfound rhythm for your performances, allowing you to improve your psionic expertise through practise.
This newfound rhythm boosts the effects of your performances:
"Anthem of Conflict"
You now gain 2 FX charges per turn, and additionally can hold up to 2 FX charges while under the effects of "Anthem of Conflict"
Additionally you can now use "Perform: "Why do I hear Boss Music?""
Perform: Why do I hear Boss Music?
From 6th level you gain the ability to produce a new more intense performance in combat with more drastic enhancements to your abilities.
At the beginning of combat, you can choose to spend a use of your Bardic Inspiration to use "Perform: "Why do I hear Boss Music?,"" roll on the Boss Music Table to determine what song you will produce for this combat encounter.
While under the effects of "Why do I hear Boss Music"? you hype yourself up and force yourself into an aggressive rhythm.
You gain 3 charges of FX when activating "Perform: "Why do I hear Boss Music?"", but you do not gain FX passively every round. Alternatively you gain 2 FX charges on dealing the killing blow on an enemy.
FX charges while under the effects of "Why do I hear Boss Music"? have a max capacity of 4 charges and decay at the end of combat.
You can only have 1 performance active at any time.

Fortified Psionics
Due to the immense power of your Psionic abilities, you can passively fortify yourself with little to no energy required
You get a +2 increase to your Constitution score
Turn it up to 11!
At 14th level, you gain complete control over your musical psionic abilities, massively expanding your musical repertoire, increasing the size of your music tables for both your "Anthem of Conflict" and "Why do I hear Boss Music"? performances.

This newfound control further boosts the effects of your performances:
"Anthem of Conflict"
You now gain 3 FX charges per turn, and can hold up to 3 FX charges while under the effects of "Anthem of Conflict". Your FX charges granted through your performances no longer Decay at the end of combat as long as a performance has been active for that combat encounter
"Why do I hear Boss Music"?
You now gain 6 FX charges on performing: "Why do I hear Boss Music?". Additionally you can now hold up to 6 FX charges while under the effects of "Why do I hear Boss Music?" Your FX charges gained this way no longer decay at the end of combat encounters as long as a performance was active during that combat encounter
Perform: ENCORE!!
At 14th Level, through further study and mastery over your performances, you now gain the ability to manifest an ENCORE!! performance
While under the effects of either "Anthem of Conflict" or "Why do I hear Boss Music?", you can spend a use of bardic inspiration to activate "Perform: ENCORE!!!", converting your current performance of "Anthem of Conflict" or "Why do I hear Boss Music?" into the other.
You roll on the necessary table as required when activating "Perform: ENCORE!!"
When you activate Perform: ENCORE!!, a massive concentration of musical energy surges around you for a brief moment. Enemies within 30ft of you must make a Charisma Save, on a failed save, the target(s) take psychic damage equal to 2 rolls of your bardic inspiration are stunned by the sheer face melting talent of your performance! On a Successful save the targets take half damage and are not stunned, commenting on the lack of your musical ability
Your current FX charges are retained, but you cannot gain more FX charges during the round you activate Perform: ENCORE!!
