Base Class: Rogue
Unlike most rogues, the Enforcer specializes in coercion and brute force, the true breaker of knee caps. They are generally the 'thugs', the hired muscle of a criminal organization, or the bodyguards lurking in the shadowy corners of rooms. They might be the ones who knock on the door to collect or to send a message. As an enforcer, you impose the will of your employer upon those unfortunate to be on their bad list. Perhaps your imposing presence alone will be enough to get the job done. If not, you have the physical strength to send a more potent message. In some cases, perhaps you do what must be done for the greater good, but maybe you just enjoy cracking heads and kneecaps, as well as the coin that comes with loyalty to the higher ups.
Muffled Movement
You have learned to pad your armor in such a way that it does not give away your presence. When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor. In addition, wearing any light or medium armor does not impose disadvantage to your dexterity (stealth) checks.
Threating Presence
3rd-level Enforcer feature
You cut an imposing figure, whether standing at the forefront or behind your allies. When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with the intimidation skill. You may use your Strength modifier in place of your Charisma modifier when using this skill. In addition, when an ally within 10 feet of you makes a Charisma ability check, you add your proficiency bonus to their roll.
Street Fighting
3rd-level Enforcer feature
As an enforcer, you have become an expert at administering pain in close quarters. Starting at 3rd level, you may use your cunning action to attempt a grapple or shove. In addition, you gain the use of your sneak attack feature against any foe you have grappled. Your sneak attack feature also works with bludgeoning weapons with which you are proficient.
Fearsome Foe
9th-level Enforcer feature
Your reputation has caused your enemies to dread your presence. As a bonus action, you can cause an enemy within 5 ft. to make a wisdom saving throw or become frightened until the end of your next turn. The save DC is 8 + Strength bonus + proficiency bonus. You regain the use of this feature when you finish a short or long rest.
Concussive blow
13th-level Enforcer feature
You try to knock some sense into your foes. When you deal Sneak Attack damage to a creature using a bludgeoning weapon, you can force that target to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier). If the save fails, the target is stunned until the end of your next turn. Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a short or long rest.
Vice Grip
17th-level Enforcer feature
You have learned to grapple opponents in such a way that they are more vulnerable. Starting at 17th level, when you successfully grapple an enemy, they are also restrained.
