When I try to access the character sheets on web browsers on my computer they won't load. All of the other pages of the website will load but anything to do with either my characters or other characters from campaigns that I am in will not load. I can still access them through the app and browser on my phone though so that's a plus but I prefer using my computer. I'd love to hear suggestions on how to fix this.
This has been happening to me on and off for a year. I've put in more support requests and gone back and forth with the devs more times than I can count. At this point, I'm wondering why I bother with my subscription if I can't actually use what I pay for.
I've posted here about this at least a few times too, including one top-line thread with screenshots a couple months ago. It's an on-and-off problem that seems to affect everyone at different times, sometimes in different manners (but always with the effect of making the Character App unusable).
The devs seem to be unwilling to even acknowledge it as an issue no matter how often it gets posted about or how much proof is offered, and support is absolutely useless; much of the time, direct questions on the matter are ignored, without even being acknowledged (much less answered).
Best I can say is that every previous time it's happened to me it's seemed to "fix itself" within a few days - but unfortunately there is nothing (that I know of, at least) you can do on your end to fix it faster.
And yes, I used to have a sub too and I no longer do, and this is just one of the reasons why. Honestly, for me it's not even so much that it doesn't work. Things happen. For me, it's more that the devs refuse to acknowledge issues like this; they seem to prefer to pretend they don't exist. There are likewise bugs that the devs did acknowledge 3+ years ago and that we were told were on the roadmap to be fixed, which still exist and can no longer get acknowledged. If nothing else, the level of customer service provided is just utterly in the shitter. From a customer standpoint, there are few things that feel worse than being ignored; even if a problem is not easy or not a high priority to fix, the feeling that it's being ignored just makes people feel worse.

This started happening to me a week or so ago. I can access individual char sheets from bookmarks, but making a new character is impossible.
