the Homunculus Servant Artificer Infusion doesn't seem to work correctly. A lot of its stats are based on my proficiency bonus and spell attack modifier, but they all seem to be wrong. Only the HP is calculated correctly. I have an artificer at level 5, with a proficiency bonus of 3 and an Intelligence modifier of +4. The stats that are wrong are:
Dex Saving Throws should be +2 + PB = 5, my sheet shows a value of +4
Skill Perception +0 + 2xPB = 6, my sheet shows a value of +4
Skill Stealth +2 + PB = 5, my sheet shows 4
Passive Perception should be 10 + 2xPB = 16, my sheet shows 14
Challenge Rating, I don't really understand: "Challenge — Proficiency Bonus (PB) equals your bonus", nothing shown on sheet
Attack should be Spell Attack modifier of 7 for attack of 1d4+3, my sheet shows Attack of +4, Damage 1d4+2
I got the the homonculus' values from here and my character sheet is here. It seems that it still uses my old proficiency bonus. Additionally, the attack bonus seems to always have been wrong. I already tried recreating the infusion.
EDIT: The "Might of the Master" ability reads like this: Might of the Master. The following numbers increase by 1 when your proficiency bonus increases by 1: the homunculus's skill and saving throw bonuses (above) and the bonuses to hit and damage of its attack (below). This does not fit the rules as well, as the Perception scales with twice the proficiency modifier, and the bonus to attack is also increased by your casting stat.
Are you using the homunculus stat block available in the "extras" section or are you accessing it from Inventory>Infusions?
At first I thought this issue was you were using the old homunculus statblock, but I just tried a test character and the Inventory>Infusions info is wrong for my artificer, too.
This is still happening. After comparing the different versions, it looks like DND Beyond is using the statblock from the Wayfarer's Guide, not Tasha's. Annoying, since WG came out before Tasha's.

Unless things have changed since I last looked into it, the statblock in the "extras" section is from Wayfarers. Prior to Tasha's release--or perhaps with it's release, the decision was made to no longer create "monster" statblocks for these kinds of things, but to provide "in line" information/statblocks. At the time the reasons for this change were explained. IIRC part of it had to to with the increasing number of these kind of companions/pets/etc that were beginning to clutter up the monster listings, as well as using proficiency bonuses in ways that the system wasn't build to accomodate in those stat blocks.
Unfortunate that this will never be fixed now that 2024 rules have come out. Yet another known wrong class feature never fixed...
It'd be nice if at the very least, the descriptions in the stablocks were changed to say 2+PB, even if is also gives the wrong math (since right now it always assumes a +2PB)
It sucks that you basically have to refer to the Artificer class page each time you need to remember which roll gets PB bonus, and I always forget that Perception gets a double PB bonus.

This is still happening. Checked through extras and inventory. My character's PB is +3 and everything is being calculated as if my PB was +2.
Same for me. I just put together a 5th level Artificer with a Homunculus Servant (Same as Nils) and the stats are off
Same here. This definitely appears to be a bug or if there is a configuration then it’s not intuitive what needs to be set.
When will they fix this?
Still an issue as of 2/4/2024!

I didn't even know about the Extras. I'm using Inventory>Infusions. So both are Wayfarer's I guess.
