Basically the title, all dice rollers on the Character Creator/Character Veiwer do not activate. I've reset things a few times, but I can't figure out what's wrong. As far as I'm aware this just a me thing but idk how to fix it. There is no error message, or a failed dice roll it just won't roll anything.

Have you tries switching out dice? had the same problem with the DMG bonus dice and fixed it by switching to an older free dice set.

Update - Dice seem to be failing to work at random - One set I was using stopped working, I switched to another and that worked, then I switched again, no good, but the second set of dice then failed to work.

This is going to affect people who subscribe and use the system for game play, so I hope it's fixed soon.

Am I missing something? I can't seem to roll with advantage (or disadvantage) from the character sheet?

I've tried Chrome and Edge. Same result.

I right click the die, select Roll with advantage, but the roll stays flat.

I am having issues with my iPad. No matter if I use chrome or safari, the dice that I roll now are not displayed on my screen (they used to be before the sharing dice feature) , nor the other players dice are displayed on my screen when they roll it. I have an android table and works good there.

I see that now the digital dice rolled from character sheets are larger, and the popup in the lower right hand corner showing the math and results is now gone.

Now, I am unable to roll with Advantage, Disadvantage, or Crit. I can right click and get the menu to choose those options, but doing so will not allow a roll to be made. It is as if the roll button on the bottom of that menu popup window is disabled.

I've also noticed that the dice have a bad habit of being drawn over the top of the results popup that appears in the upper right of the screen, making it impossible to read. Even when that message is not covered over, it does not show the math used to determine the results.

Bug: Can't roll with Advantage or Disadvantage or Crit

Feedback: Please return the popup in the lower right that allowed us to check the math. 

Didn't see this thread when I started another. I too am having the issue. I can select to roll with Advantage, Disadvantage, or as a Crit - but the button at the bottom of that menu that causes the dice to roll - just doesn't work. I am unable to roll with advantage, disadvantage, or as a crit. Selecting any one of those seems to disable the roll 'button' (clicking on the text that would normally cause the dice to roll). I've tried on both Chrome and Edge (latest versions of each) on a fully updated PC running Windows 11.

 Yes, Chrome Incognito mode yields the same result. After selecting Advantage, Disadvantage, or Crit it disables the "Roll" button at the bottom. The button lights up with an "A" for advantage or "D" for disadvantage, but clicking on it does nothing. It will not roll the dice.

It should be noted that being able to see the math is actually mechanically important in some cases, such as spells like Sorcerous Burst that have special behavior if a specific number is rolled on a damage die. It's important to be able to see the individual die results easily.

Got an email today about the 3D Dice update not going to plan, and THANK YOU for contacting us and mitigating the sad sad feelings with awesome new dice skins.

Just wanted to start a thread to keep informing of the stability of the update.  currently I've tried numerous dice and they don't animate in DnD Beyond UI or in Roll20.net.

Update: tried this in Chrome and Safari

You can't even toggle digital dice to the ON position in Safari, but neither works, tried most of the dice and reloading the page, then getting to a character numerous ways as well as the random dice roller at bottom left of screen.  Nothing animates.  Also tried with Roll20 up and then just in DnDBeyond to see if the tethering was a problem.  still same result.

When rolling from iOS Google Chrome browser the damage dice trigger twice. Confirmed the issue persists after clearing cache

 The individual numbers still show up in the log. (Assuming the roll shows up in the log, which isn't a guarantee.)

When I roll the digital dice, the digital die rolls but the result box with the roll damage button does not pop up.

Not only is it not as good, but i personally believe the old version was much, much better. 

This is so buggy, Half the time the die doesn't roll at all. The other half of the time it does roll but does not show final roll with modifiers anywhere, or only in the game log. 80% of the appeal of using dnd beyond is rolling dice directly from the modifier buttons and it's not working. They have to fix this

I've tried Incognito mode on my Android phone and Tablet.

Same results.
