Discipline Mastery 2
On your first attack per turn, you can spend 1 Discipline Point for a -5 to hit and +10 Damage with your dedicated weapon
Level 11
Martial Mastery 3
If an ally is within weapon range (Short range if it is a ranged weapon) is hit with an attack, you may use a reaction to use your Deflect attack damage reduction against that attack when using your dedicated weapon
Discipline Mastery 3
You can spend 1 Discipline Point per attack to have it gain a -5 to hit and +10 damage for both your attacks with your dedicated weapon
Level 17
You can spend 3 Discipline points to be able make all attacks at -5 to hit and + 10 Damage
Interesting ideas. I don’t know about building so much on the -5/+10 features. Especially with 2024 moving away from that. But if you want it just give it to them once and it works for all the chosen weapon attacks. I mean, if you can choose any martial weapon just choose a heavy weapon and take GWM and have it built in for no DP cost for all attacks
Discipline Mastery 1 I’ve seen someone do something similar but instead of replacing one FoB/BA unarmed attack with a weapon attack you could FoB with your weapon but it did the unarmed strike damage but of the weapon damage type (B, P, S). Mechanically it wasn’t much different than FoB, so not to be overpowered, but fit thematically with a weapon master Kensei. If you did this you, and used my suggestion above, you would probably only give the -5/+10 to the Attack Action. Or not, if you don’t mind the power bump.
