One other idea i had that might not be any good, but I thought I'd put it out here anyways since this thread is mostly just me spitballing for my own benefit (thanks to anyone still providing input though!): Lightning Lure?
With my big reaction damage setup, I feel like it might not be long before enemies learn just not to hit me, which sounds like a good thing, but what about when I *do* want them to hit me? I've always thought Lightning Lure was kind of a bad cantrip because A) most of the casters won't take it cause they're squish, and B) you can just walk up and hit them if you are a melee caster. The usage I have in mind for it is still niche, but it could be good for this character to grab aggro, so to speak. Say enemies are ignoring me because they've been burned by Armor of Agathys/Phlegethos/Hellish Rebuke once or twice and now someone's in melee with the Healer (or someone else who'd prefer not to be in melee with the enemy). In that situation, Lightning Lure could be a nice way to essentially say "hey, I'm not done with you yet!" and pull them back over to me, thus releasing the party member, giving a little damage, and disincentivising them from picking on them again or else risk an AoO. For bonus points, if I have any sorcery points left over after Bastion of Law, I can even follow it up with a Quickened Booming Blade to further encourage them to stay put.
The one drawback is that it's a strength throw, and most enemies I'd be pulling out of melee would probably have good strength. Still, what do you think? Worth it?

It could work. Plus, you could just quicken another spell after using it. You could quicken different spells depending if they failed/succeeded at the saving throw.
The fastest way to "draw aggro" from your DM is Twin Spell Haste on your 2 hardest hitters. I absolutely guarantee your DM will throw the kitchen sink at you to try break your concentration lol.

I also noticed that the spell attack bonus a sorcerer gets from Bloodwell Vials also applies to Flame Blade.
