Hi, I love using D&D Beyond as a player, and as a DM it is a great way for my players to know what their stuff does, but as a DM, something that I've always found helpful is knowing what health state my players are at. I know I can individually check each sheet, but is there a way, without having each sheet pulled up on a separate tab to view all of my players current HP at once?
I second this idea, but I would also add to it additional info - specifically, Armor Class and Spell DC. Two things the DM constantly asks the player for. Having a "DM's Screen" page with a simple table that shows the Current HP, AC and Spell DC would go a long way towards streamlining a play session.
And if we wanted to go really all-out, a place next to each character to note down their current intiative roll (okay, yeah, thats getting more into the realm of what a virtual tabletop like Roll20 offers, but it doesnt hurt to consider).
Having a realtime "DM screen" that shows the stats of the characters, as the players adjust them (take damage etc) is absolutely on the roadmap for development.
There's some really cool ideas that have been thrown around as well about customisation and modularity of the page, allowing the DM to see what they want on that page.
Yeah, being able to have the characters, their HP, AC, and quick links to the various pages of character sheet (mostly so that we can get there in 1 click instead of 3), and DMs definitely need a creature manager, better notes, and ability to make links to certain sections of rule books they may need.
Any updates on this? I really would love something like this, and i'm sure many other DM's would love this ability still to be implemented.
This is now available both in the campaign view in the mobile app and in the combat tracker portion of the Encounters tool on the website.
Ahh I see! I hadn't thought to check the encounters area of the website. On top of that most of the sessions i run are on my computer so i never thought to look on the app. Thank you for letting me know where these could be found!

"We got this, no problem! I'll take the twenty on the left - you guys handle the one on the right!"🔊
Ya I truly hope DM Screen get prioritize cause the biggest hurdle is needing 25 tab open for character + adventure + spell + monsters.
This would really help thats by far what I want most with capability to lock content
do you guys ever do poll for most wanted features ?

As was mentioned, this is in the works and has been talked about a lot. Most recently, in today's dev stream at about 00:35:12, here:

Personally, I'm really looking forward to this!
EDIT: I think it was separately mentioned that this is planned for sometime in 2019, but I'm not positive where I saw that...
