Is there anyway we could get a tick box that lets players choose to have their extra rage damage applied to the dice roll when calculating damage? For instance I know a Hex Blade Warlock can choose to have a weapon become a hex weapon which alters the calculation. It seems like having the ability to just tick a box in the weapon on and off that denotes raging or even other things like the dueling fighting style and such features would be a less clunky way to auto add in those bonuses, rather than having to go in and change the calculation manually or having multiples of the same weapon equipped with the various calculations you might need, not to mention how that messes up your inventory.

This is on the list: for Rage damage and similar things, they are working on a "temporary effects" system that would allow you to turn such things off and on. The dice roller is still in beta, there are a lot of missing features that need to be added yet. But it is always good for them to hear what features people want, so thank you for asking!
Has there been any updates on this? Found a 2018 thread saying this was definitely going to happen. Is there a place we can check for incoming features?

There have been no updates on this or any feature since last May.
There is no place where we can check.

Leaving OGL 1.0(a) untouched and making SRD 5.1 CC-BY-4.0 is a great first step. The next is a promise to do the same for future editions. Here's a discussion thread on that.

DDB is great, but it could be better. Here are some things I think could improve DDB
Is this in effect yet ?
no, the current workarround is to create a homebrew magic item that gives the needed bonusses and then equip/unequip it when rage is active.
It's crazy that such a basic fundamental feature has not been integrated yet
