I have been using the maps to play a combination of in person and online campaign. It works pretty well, but I can't seem to find generic NPC type icons to use for like a bar setting or anytime they are going to help some NPCs. I looked for a dwarf and all I could use was the dwarf skeleton. I don't own all the books yet, but I think a few random dwarves humans or whatever should be available by now.

The only tokens available are official ones.
If these are insufficient, just make your own. You can use images you find or create (I highly recommend HeroForge) and add them to Homebrew monsters (like make a copy of the Commoner and rename it, add in the new token). You can then use those homebrew monsters as tokens on the map.
