I had a thought. I use DNDBeyond to run hardcovers but I also run modules I get off the DMsGuild. With no future plans to incorporate these modules into DNDBeyond, can we just have a section of the private homebrew collection to just dump text data and use the links and cool tables we can do when we build subclasses and monsters and such? With that, I can copy over the module data but in a more convenient format and with links to monsters, conditions and tables. Kind of like a personal forum or forum thread.
Good to know, because when it comes to campaign management, having the ability to make homebrew adventures would be so awesome ! at least for people like me who never run premades but do use them for inspirations.

I would love to be able to add and share homebrew adventures on D&D Beyond, but there would need to be a lot of work to add the full tools in a usable manner to allow this.
I know that it's been discussed and there are some amazingly cool ideas amongst staff on what could be done.
Well i dont think it would be hard to do really... after all its just a bunch of sections. but knowing Beyond, i think they often make it harder then it should. that said i dont expect this to be soon... i'm only saying that it would be a very good thing to have.

Is it possible to have a very simple version quicker?
I can get most of what I want with a forum post like this: Goblin
I just want to be able to format how I want, add links to Monsters and such and be able to annotate.
they say the three text boxes already have those abilities, i dont think we can get more basic then that. though there was a time where those three text boxes were just that, text boxes instead of rich ones.
i dont think they'll ever force anything faster. they said often that the campaign manager is far behind a lot of ther things.
i have to agree, they are focusing too much on player content right now...

Even if that's true, that's a bit too basic. I run AL campaigns. Not all players register on DNDBeyond. So that means using a random campaign for this. And if it's more than one adventure, it gets messy.
By the most basic, I mean the ability to create such a text box in isolation, put a name to it and have it in its own proper section. I want that the "My Content" menu will have another option that is "Adventures" which is just a page with collapsible text boxes or links to such text boxes.
To note, what i meant was that the campaign manager as it is, already can link. everything you can do in forum posts, can be done int he campaign manager as of the beginning of the year. but i have to agree that while they already do that... a campaign isn't just one adventure and right now writting all my adventures in one single textbox is quite ridiculous.
They already have the campaings in the my content. which is where it should be located in.
My campaign > Adventures > Adventure #1 > heres a textbox with forum linking compatibility.
and it would be easy to just allow one to add a textbox (post) in adventure #1. like in adventure #1 you could have a button that says, add a note. and there you go. in Adventures, there should be a button that says Add an Adventure.
now each of those notes could becomes public or private, private would mean DM only, public could mean Campaign players can see it.
id'be fine with just that seriously. i dont think it would wreck the estetics and its quite a simple thing to do since they are just containers in containers.

I remember asking BadEye about this a few months ago on the dev stream. The question was really more whether or not we'd eventually be able to create adventures in a similar format to the published books, which would be a really neat way to organise campaigns and homebrew adventures. He expressed interest in this idea, but I imagine we'll wait quite a while before this becomes reality.
That being said, I imagine the DDB team already has some sort of a suite of inputting content into those digital-book-page templates. I find it more reasonable than doing all of that data editing being hard-coded. This potentially means that a chunk of work on this sort of functionality is already done, it's just a matter of finding a way to facilitate it to the public. But then again I'm just speculating.

Not currently.
That said, I am pretty sure that the future of D&D Beyond includes tools that will provide significantly more than just that for adventures/campaigns.
