Homebrew Class Builder has been addressed as something that is not on the menu for any time soon. So it may be (in my estimate) a year, before they even might reconsider.
NPC Builder: I'm sort of into this, and at the same time not so much. I think it would be great to build, but I almost don't see the purpose. With the character builder and a Chrome extension, you could create a folder and place all of the NPCs into that folder. (That's a current work-around for what you're wanting).
Encounter Builder: I agree with this. I was on another thread about a DM Screen, and I think this would be a handy tool in that area.

I mean more how 5e does NPCs more so than writing up whole characters and such, but yeah that's what I do for now.
I think part of what we need is some official rules support for quickly generating NPCs of various archetypes. Currently we've gotta just start with an existing NPC stat block, and apply whatever racial template we want to use. Honestly I find it easier and quicker to just make a character with the DDB character builder.
True....but it would be cool to have a means of exporting a character into NPC/monster format, even if one has to start with the DDB character builder.

As the title says, these are just some features I would love to see;
1] Homebrew Class Builder: with so many homebrew classes out there, it would be nice to include them in my campaigns.
2] NPC Builder: Oh how I would love to add NPCs to my campaigns :)
3] Encounter Builder: This is so vital to me. I use Kobold Fight Club for now, but I would love to have this as a Campaign tool.
Anyone else like these or have ideas of their own? Let's kick the can!
