THIS, so very much. I logged in specifically to make this exact same post.
I can make notes on paper for most classes. For Druids, between Wildshaping and spellcasting, you have to keep up with more moving pieces than perhaps any other class. Druids need apps like this almost as much as the DM.
I want to be able to quickly view all Beasts I can Wildshape into in one place (with everything else already filtered out). I want to see Beast physical and PC mental stats, calculated as appropriate. Same with skills, saves, and the like. I want to see Unarmored Defense, Mage Armor, or similar calculations made for me across these various forms if and where they apply. Stat blocks that are ready to go, instead of having to be read across different books or tweaked before actual use.
I'd love for there to be a simple checkbox or star, such that I could track forms I've learned versus ones I've yet to find. And whatever sorting or filtering options can easily be added. Nothing slows down gameplay more than having to scan through all these entries just to see who has the fastest Burrow speed that one time you need it.
Might not be a high priority for most classes, but for me that's worth the price of subscription alone.
This would be a nice addition, Also it could be moved in to phase 3 with char building as a list provided when the druid is being made.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination. I will protect those who cannot protect themselves, I will protect even those I hate so long as it is right.
How do we drive faster down this road map? I'm playing a wild shape druid and I'd love to have the different wild shapes I know listed on my character sheet like spells and some way to easily add the attacks from the beast I'm using to the attacks module.
Also came here exactly to search for whether anything along this line was planned to be implemented. I just spent a few hours with my S.O. trying to get her an organized system to track her beast shapes, but it would be amazing to have a drop-down list of legal Wild Shape options for the level and circle of the druid in question. e.g.: Something that would automatically present only beasts of CR 1/4 and lower with no flying or swimming speed when reaching level 2 of Druid and not joining the Circle of the Moon.
2020. No update? My warlock just picked up polymorph. I wish they’d update this already.

"The past is a tapestry, each thread a whisper of what was—pull one, and the whole unravels. With Hope's End, nothing remains hidden; your dreams, your fears, they are but tributes to the Raven Queen, guardian of all that was."
"Cut me down, and I'll rise again—stronger, faster, with Whackus Bonkus at my side. When the darkness falls, you'll never see the storm that bears my name."

Look under the Extras tab. I’m not sure if polymorph a specific category (like wild shape is), but you can definitely add creatures there for reference.

The Extras tab is a feature present on character sheets that allows you to add creatures to your sheet for quick reference. It includes specific categories like mounts and wild shape, as well as general options for things like Polymorph
I’ve selected polymorph forms in wild shape. It’s better than having them in a separate window open in an encounter builder.
thanks fam!!

Please make life easy on classes who need to quickly view all the legal options and add an option to filter for Wild Shape, Familiars, and Polymorph.

Do not know if I am off topic, but I think more useful would be something that actually update your statistics when you use wildshape or polymorph.
Wildshape, polymorph, shapechange do not work the same from a statistics point of view, so that would be really nice.
Just a thought for the future.
Any update on this?
Thanks!
