One of my players seems to be running into an issue where the number of spells she's able to choose during character creation as an Eldritch Knight does not line up with the rules text, which says she is able to choose more spells than the character builder will allow her to. I've tried on both my phone and laptop and run into the same issue on both.
The first thing we see during character creation regarding an Eldritch Knight's spell list is this:
So from this part of the character creation it tells us that as an Eldritch Knight she would learn the cantrip Eldritch Blast. In addition, from the table it says she would learn 2 cantrips and 3 spells from the Warlock spell list if she chose Warlock.
So as you can see in this next picture, she did choose Warlock as her spell list for Eldritch Knight. The text then says from the Warlock spell list she can choose 1 cantrip and 2 first level spells. This is different from the 2 cantrips and 3 spells stated in the picture above. My gut says that it's only allowing her to choose 1 cantrip because the other one is Eldritch Blast, which the picture above states she will learn upon choosing Eldritch Knight as her subclass, but I don't know for sure and the text in character creation says different things at every opportunity, because even though the text has now changed from "2 cantrips and 3 spells" to "1 cantrip and 2 first level spells," there are only 2 drop down menus allowing her to choose 1 cantrip and 1 first level spell, directly contradicting itself.
So okay, at least she has chosen 2 spells at this point, Chill Touch and Hellish Rebuke. And according to the first picture, her character should also know Eldritch Blast. So that would be 2 cantrips in total, Eldritch Blast and Chill Touch, and 1 first level spell, Hellish Rebuke. But when we go to her character sheet to see them, only Chill Touch shows up on her spell list, as you can see in this picture.
As you can see, the "All" tab is selected which should show all of her spells known. Additionally, there isn't even a first level spell tab in the first place, which at first led me to believe that Hellish Rebuke wasn't even loaded into her character sheet at all. However, when I navigate to her Features and Traits, her spell choices show up, as seen in this picture.
So at least Hellish Rebuke is showing up SOMEWHERE on her character sheet, but it doesn't show up in her spell list like Chill Touch does, which leads me to believe that for some reason spells for Eldritch Knight are bugged. For all the time I've spent looking at it, it seems that the number of spells stated versus number of spells actually given to her versus spells some spells showing up in certain places and others not, I can't find any concrete information on why any of this would happen. If this is the way spells are intended to act for this character it is NOT clear at all and needs to be fixed. Another reason why I believe spells for this subclass to be bugged is because:
When I click Hellish Rebuke to see it's spell description and damage, it automatically sets the spell's level to 9th, despite the fact that my player's character is only level 3 and should only know cantrips and first level spells, as shown in this next picture.
When it first appears, the spell is set at 9th level and says it will deal 10d10 fire damage. This in itself is very minor, because I should just be able to lower the spell's level back to first by clicking the "-" button next to the spell's level in the upper right hand corner. However, when I do so, this happens:
Take a look at the spell's level now, in the upper right hand corner, as well as the damage. I've only clicked the "-" button once which should take the spell from 9th level to 8th level and from 10d10 damage to 9d10 damage, but it's now set the damage to 2d10, which is the base damage at first level, and the "9th" text has changed to something I can't even read as it's hidden under the "+" button. This surely can't be intended, and once again leads me to believe that spellcasting for Eldritch Knight's is just bugged in general.
Finally, I navigated back to my player's Spells tab where, again, only Chill Touch is listed. I clicked on the "Manage Spells" button in one last attempt to see if every spell my player's character should know would appear. Instead, it displays this message:
At this point, I can't even tell if this message is supposed to appear or not. It seems as though it's probably intended, given the fact that my player's character's spells DO come from a class feature, and she was supposed to choose them during character creation, and this "Manage Spells" button is probably for classes that are more focused on preparing spells like Wizards. However, I can't be sure because it seems that every other aspect of spells for Eldritch Knights is severely bugged.
In summation, my player is attempting to build an Eldritch Knight with DnDBeyond's character creator, but the information for how many spells the character is supposed to know does not line up with how many spell choices are actually given to her, the few spell choices she IS able to make don't all show up in her Spells tab for some reason, including Eldritch Blast which apparently she is supposed to know inherently, and lastly when I look at the spell description for Hellish Rebuke it sets the level to 9th by default and when I try to lower the spell level the text and damage bug out. I would greatly appreciate some help or guidance if this is working as intended, and if it isn't intended I would appreciate some information on when a bugfix might be employed. My campaign currently has 6 people playing, and every other character has not run into any issues like this.
The simplest response is that you aren't playing an Eldritch Knight. You are playing a homebrew (custom) subclass BASED on the Eldritch Knight. This is a custom subclass made by another user, and therefore not official content. With something as complicated as what this subclass is trying to do, it is almost guaranteed that there would be errors.
You could post a comment asking the creator to update it to fix a bug, but this is not a problem that DnDBeyond is associated with, nor one that they will fix, as it isn't even their subclass.
I hope this helped, feel free to ask any more questions to help clear things up.
(BTW, your images don't work, but viewing the character sheet was enough to let me know what was going on)
How embarrassing, when viewing the images on my laptop they appeared, but now looking at the post I see that they're broken just like you said. Additionally, I feel rather foolish for not noticing that it was a homebrew class, I simply took the character as it was from my player and assumed it was the official class. Thank you for pointing out these things for me despite the fact that I should have been able to figure it out myself, I feel rather embarrassed for making this huge post over such an obvious error on my end.
A handy bit of information in case this happens again: When viewing the character sheet's Features tab - you'll notice all features are labelled with their name and then the source material they came from - such as PHB or XGtE and so on. The only time it does not do this is for homebrew content. Makes it really easy to spot feats or subclass or race features that might be suspect.

When looking at Spells and Magic Items, they will display a “Version” field. Even if there is no version designation, a version field is a dead giveaway that it is homebrewed as official spells and magic items never include that field.

Totally fine, happens a lot more often than you think.
