I have several characters in my campaign that are running multiclass characters. As I am sitting here making a spreadsheet of all of their statistics to better gear encounters towards them I can't help but notice there are a lot of proficiency bonuses not being added. I looked and sure enough every character that gained a class as a multiclass has not had any of the proficiencies added from their second class, only from their original class at character creation.
For example I have a character who started as a Rogue and got proficiency with Intelligence and Dexterity Saves. The Wisdom and Charisma saves he got proficiency in as a Warlock (which are shown under his Warlock tab) didn't carry over and so aren't shown on his character sheet.
So instead the issue I've found is when you multiclass it shows you the proficiencies for the class regardless of them being multiclass.
In my above example I have someone who has class levels in both rogue and warlock, but because it's a multiclass warlock the class proficiency shouldn't show those saves, but it does when you highlight the proficiency tab under features.
I just made a Rogue 3/Warlock 3 to check. This in the attachment is what I get from the Proficiency box. It does not show the saving throw from the warlock class.
Yeah, but go check the class features box above that and then check the warlock box. That's where it's showing all the things the Warlock would get as if it had started off as a warlock not a rogue.

Specifically, which proficiencies are you talking about? Make an example so, we mods or the staff can better understand the issue.
Also note that the MULTI-CLASSING RULES don't add all of the proficiencies that a character would get if they started in a class.
As an example, multi-classing into Fighter will give the following:
If a player starts as a Fighter, they also get Heavy armor and two skills (amongst other abilities).

So, if I am understanding correctly, it is showing under warlock that he has the proficiency, but he doesn't actually gain those proficiencies?
When you multiclass in a new class, you do not take the proficiencies in the new class' saving throws.
The table here tells you what proficiencies you get from the new class.
I see.
