I'm DMing for a group, and recently moved the campaign to dndbeyond. The first fully dndbeyond tracked game is coming up soon, so I subscribed, asked all my players to join the campaign, and started practicing some online character handling as DM.
I found that moving between characters in the campaign is easiest by clicking the "CAMPAIGN: <name of campaign>" button on top right side of the character sheet. My problem is that my first-to-join player's campaign info did not refresh after she joined, so from her page I cannot switch back to any other character.
The campaign description is also missing, which was added after she joined, so something is definitely wrong. I tried to refresh, clear the cache, even open it in private window, but it didn't do any good. All the other players sheets are working (updated), so it's unique to the first character in the campaign.
Any tips to fix this? If not, is this the official way to report a bug? :)
Check whether you may have extra campaigns under My Campaigns. Also, what I usually do when managing a campaign is open each character from the campaign in a separate tab from the campaign itself, instead of following from sheet to campaign to sheet.

Yes, opening 6 tabs is an option, but I also have tabs for maps, music, whispers, and whatever else might come up, so I want to keep the number of tabs as low as possible. I was also considering opening a browser just for characters and another one for everything else, but still, it would be nice to easily handle all the characters in one tab.

Hey naruhoodie, thanks for the tips!
This is my only campaign.

Maybe wait a bit and see if the first player's character sheet refreshes properly? There's often a 15-20 minute delay for changes to propagate.

Ahhh I see what you mean, the description of the campaign that pops up from the character sheet. (I hadn't noticed that...)
Try adjusting one of the character's features, or bumping them up then down a level, to make their sheet "refresh".

She joined last week, and I edited the description maybe an hour later. The last player joined Monday I think.
Okay, wow, that worked. I went to edit mode, changed a few settings, went back to the sheet, and it refreshed. Thank you! :)
I still think this should be up for a developer review.
The server’s internal cache needed a nudge to get it to refresh and update. By adjusting the character’s level it provided that nudge.
