I have been looking at this for a while now and I don't see any way to just give a character a feet without them having an ASI.
In our game we use feets as boons from the goods.
Is this possible?

Not yet. This feature will be in Q1 of the new year when the character sheet revamp comes.

Assuming you mean 'feats', no, it is not currently possible. Maybe in the future.
You can emulate the effects of a feat with a homebrewed item.
