I'm using Firefox and when I select "Export to PDF" I get the normal dialog showing a URL to the PDF, but pressing the "click to download" button does nothing.
Pasting the supplied URL into another tab of the browser returns an error:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. <Error> <Code>RequestHeaderSectionTooLarge</Code> <Message> Your request header section exceeds the maximum allowed size. </Message> <MaxSizeAllowed>8192</MaxSizeAllowed> <RequestId>!random!</RequestId> <HostId> !random!= </HostId> </Error>
I've replaced specific "random" character strings with !random! just in case they contain user information.
The Request Header is sent by your browser, and I'm not able to replicate this in Firefox myself. The first step would be to try to disable your extensions as they are the most likely cause of this.

I solved it by clearing the cookies of DnDBeyond in Chrome by going to Settings -> Privace and security -> Site Settings -> View perimissions and data stored across sites. Then found the dndbeyond cookies and cleared them.
This is most likely caused by your site cookie being too full. Thy this method to workaround this issue. If you explore the rest of that thread, you'll see what may be causing this issue.

I tried this on Chrome and it worked properly.
I then logged out on Firefox and logged back in, and it is working properly.
No, it's broken again!
