I can't suss out why this character has a +13 to hit at level two. Am I missing something? Her prof is +2, dex +3, fighting style for archery gives her +2, the to hit should be +7, why is it +13? 

There's no homebrew attached to this character, as far as I know; we just started our campaign. The longbow appears to be normal, her stats appear to be normal, any help would be appreciated.

Sometimes the fighting style takes effect multiple times for some reason. I don’t remember exactly how to fix it, but I believe you can remove the fighting style, refresh, wait a bit, refresh again, and see if the effect is gone. Then you should be able to add it back.

 You don’t even have to refresh and wait, just resetting it to the topmost “—“ option repeatedly until it “sticks” and then reselecting the chosen style does the trick.
