Try removing the feat from the level 6 rogue, then "refresh" the character by bumping their level up to 7 and then back down to 6, and then re-add the feat.

Wait... you have the Speed customized to give Walking: 30, with Source/Notes: Fleet of Foot? Okay, there's the problem. It overrides any other changes to your speed.
What you need to do is click inside the Speed(ft.) box, backspace, tab to the Source/Notes, backspace, and then tab again. That should clear the fields properly.

I didn't customize anything to do with speed. I have no idea why it even said that, just opened it and looked and that is what was there.
No where else on my character sheet does it say fleet of foot, nor do I even have a variant on the half-elf to choose from.
I have no idea what you are meaning exactly by backspace tab?
I opened the speed by clicking it , hit back space tab and nothing happened went to the box where it used to say fleet of foot back space tabbed there too. nothing happened?
Tried refreshing the character page then tried the feat and still no change.
I only have 2 custom weapons and a custom monster called (Covered wagon) to put into extras because if I use the cart it adds the weight to my character like I am carrying the cart.
I added tinker tools to skills list and thats all I have done.
Clicked on the speed in character sheet opened up custom and next to it under source/notes it says fleet of foot.
So, when you click on the Speed box on the character sheet, and open up Customize, is there any number at all next to Walking? If there is, even 0, you need to clear out the value by clicking in the number field and hitting the Backspace key, then Tab (which should cause the changes to the speed to save.)

NVM I tried clearing the actual number in custom next to where it used to say fleet of foot and refreshed and now it works.
I still have no idea why or how fleet of foot even got added in there? Its a mystery.
Maybe a glitch or bug regardless.... since I did not add it, and don't know when it showed up could have been 6 months ago when I created the character.
This program is wanting me to go back to pen and paper.
It could've been from six months ago when you created the character, if you thought you needed to write in the number at the time, or if you got the character via a campaign and someone else had filled in "35 ft" and "Fleet of Foot", which made you think you needed to manually change the number from 35 to 30 when you changed your race. DDB handles the standard speeds automatically.

I'm telling you I didn't change the number or add fleet of foot.
it has always said 30 speed since I made the thing.
I never joined a campaign on dndbeyond only on roll20 and foundry. Unless roll20 or Foundry can reverse the sheet back to dndbeyond somehow?
I never even clicked on the speed box until today.
I test stuff with homebrew but then remove them right away and have never made a homebrew with speed anything until today and certainly nothing with fleet of foot.
Yeah I had to look up fleet of foot, and it did not occur to me when I looked at it to erase the number also.
I just thought it was a break down of what I had.
IDK the whole thing is extremely puzzling since I do not have access to a wood-elf class or any half-elf variant?
Wood Elf is a subrace, not a class. Everyone has access to Wood Elf, it’s in the free Basic Rules & SRD: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/basic-rules/races#Elf Elves are the only race in the book with two subraces included, the rest of the races with subs or Variants only have 1 included. (If you didn’t have access to it you wouldn’t have been able to look it up on this website. They only let us see what we can access. I mean, you can likely see the names of other stuff, but not the descriptions.)
Made a feat included modifier bonus Speed(walking) 10.
Waited 30 minutes...because it takes at least 20 to update.
Tested on Level 6 half-elf rogue. did not apply. speed still 30 ft.
Tested on a separate level 1 half-elf rogue it applied? speed changed to 40 ft.
Am i missing something here? What is going on and why would it not apply to one but will apply to another?

tried it... still No change 30 ft.
Clicked on the speed in character sheet opened up custom and next to it under source/notes it says fleet of foot.
I am not a wood-elf or a variant of one, and even if I was it would give me a 35 ft walk speed?
Tried erasing the source/note and refreshing and than re-adding the feat still nothing
IDK guess I will change it manually and hope it sticks?
Fleet of Foot? That's odd... did you Copy another character to make this one?
Edit: Please provide the link to the character sheet.

It doesn't matter anyway, it works now.
Thank for the help.
It likely got clicked by accident. That stuff happens from time to time.

Just wanted to add to this incase anyone had a similar issue.
When I copied a character i lost 5ft movement speed. Went through everything and there was no reason. Had Wood Elf, and Canny.
Advice above taken, levelled up to next level then dropped down. It fixed it. Thanks!
