Hey i have the wild beyond the witchlight book and can read all its content, however when i go to create a character the fairy and haregon races dont appear
They appear for me. Try checking your entitlements: click on your username/Avatar in the upper right of this page (or under the menu button on mobile). Choose Account, then the marketplace tab. Look under “Account Entitlements.” If it says you need to sync, click on the sync button. WHile there (especially if it doesn’t say you need to sync), scroll down to “Current product licenses” and make sure that Wild Beyond the Witchlight appears there, and that you didn’t inadvertently purchase the compendium only version.
Yes, like I said before all race options content are set to red (On). Still, I can not see all the races that should be available.
Are you building that character specifically in that campaign? If not, that’s the problem. If you are, then you and the other player should use the following link to ensure your Account Entitlements are in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace). If they are all in sync, then have whoever activated Content Sharing turn it off and back on again.
So I'm having the same problem I have the sourcebook bundle, I can read The Wild Beyond Witchlight fine but now can't make a Fairy character, the option had been there previously.
WBW is part of the adventure bundle, not the sourcebook bundle. Unless you also purchased it separately, you're able to read it via campaign sharing, and if you're not creating a character in the campaign that has content sharing providing access to that book, you won't be able to make a fairy PC.
Hmm ok, I could have sworn at some point I had fairy available in character creator but I'm crazy is always a possible answer.
Well, if that character was in a campaign with content sharing turned on, and someone else in the campaign owned Witchlight, that would have been the case.
I purchased the whole thing, and I'll never DM I just wanted the races and NON of them show not even the sub classes. I downloaded the content, reset dnd beyond and nothing
The Wild Beyond the Witchlight legacy options have been removed.
They were reprinted in MP:MotM but you used to still have legacy options for them in Races page and for the character builder but they are no longer showing.

So one can only create a Haregon character, if either one bought the WBTW-book in any way or is part of a shared content party, that owns it?
You can either purchase WBW or MotM, or you can purchase the Herengon race individually from MotM for $2: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/sourcebooks/mordenkainen-presents-monsters-of-the-multiverse6. Just scroll down until you see the list of races each available for $2, Herengon is on the list.
