Edge uses the chromium engine (same as Chrome) so it should display exactly the same, unless browser options are different or extensions are interfering.
Do you have any browser extensions installed in Edge that might be altering the site, or blocking content?

Same problem here. It seems to mainly be images I uploaded for portraits and similar. For any character sheet and even my profile pic here in the forums.
For example Screaming Devilkin - Monsters - D&D Beyond (dndbeyond.com) will show in chrome, but neither the image on the page or the picture box will display in edge.

I've been having the same issue on chrome, there's just images that don't load, be it monster images or the avatar on my character sheets

I'd recommend clearing browser cache/cookies to see if that resolves the issue.
