Make sure you bought the whole book ($29.99 without any sale/discount) and not the compendium ($19.99 base price), as the latter is basically read-only, it doesn't unlock use in the character creator. If you bought just the feat or the feat bundle from the book, then don't worry about this.
Are you seeing any of the feats in the character builder, or specifically just not seeing Elven Accuracy? There are a few other XGtE feats that a half-elf would be eligible for.
If you are seeing other XGtE feats in the builder, go to the character sheet itself and check under the Features & Traits tab to make sure the feat isn't already activated, that that's why it's not showing up in the dropdown.
Hey there i am making an Half-Elf Warlock and i dont know how i can activate the elfen Feat.
