Is anyone else having issues logging into DnD beyond with their Twitch account? I can't find any information about this anywhere and I don't have my email linked to the account. I already have submitted a ticket but from what I can tell it takes weeks to resolve. Also for reference this is a throwaway account I made solely to make this post until I can get my Main back.
Twitch Account login is a different concern to the Twitch Extension removal.
We also do an initial response to support tickets within three business days (alas, we aren't warforged and we get weekends!), so I'm not sure where you are seeing that it takes weeks. Most support requests get resolved quite quickly.
