They are, and I've already done that. In the mobile and iPad app they can manage it very well, but a few of my players are trying it on the browser and some sourcebooks aren't available for them.
(sorry for my bad english, I'm from another country)

Your English is fine. Which sourcebooks are they unable to access? They may need to change some toggles on the home page of the builder.
I was having this issue with my campaigns but it was solved by me and my players resyncing our entitlements. Be sure to do it if you've just bought a new book.
If it's still not working, if you login as a DM and make changes to their character, for example selecting different classes or feats, the options you select will then show up on the player's side.
But resyncing entitlements should give them access to everything you've bought, as long as they're making the character in the campaign with content sharing activated.
content sharing does not seem to work anymore, once again, we did all the stuff, and he only has access to my homebrew and his licensed stuff, not the book i've bought for other to be able to use
Make sure the character he’s using is assigned to your campaign as well, and that the appropriate Sources and Partnered Content options are enabled in his character settings.
Some character options may specifically require the 2014 or 2024 version of the class as well, so make sure he’s selected the right one.
If it still doesn’t work, can you give a specific example of a character option he’s unable to select?
Check your entitlements (see link in my signature)
ask players to do same
try turning content sharing off and back on
are the characters in question in the campaign?

Mainly Tasha’s Cauldron… I’ve set up their spells, and they were able to use it, but if they try to manage the spells they can’t search for them
Hmm. That’s not a toggle issue, then. Are these the optional additional spells various classes get?

Have him check if his account entitlements are in sync:
