So I recently got the essentials kit, and i went to unlock the content with the codes that came with it, but they didn't work, so i thought they had expired. Is there a way I can get new codes for them? I am not lying. My parents literally spent their own money to buy the essentials kit for me

I've heard that there might be some issues with the QR code portion (the square barcode), but you should remain available to visit https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/redeem-key to type the key in manually. If this is also failing for you, I would suggest opening a support ticket so that the code can be reviewed.
You may be out of luck then unfortunately. Without that code there is no real way to verify your purchase on dndbeyond, especially since reselling physical stuff is such a big thing. If you can't find the sheet with the codes, you may have to buy the stuff again on dndbeyond. That being said, you can purchase things individually from the books and the cost of those items are subtracted from the total cost of the book if you were to buy it afterwards.
I also don't work for Dndbeyond, so maybe they have some other method of verification that is not known to us normies. You should still submit a support ticket like Sedge said by following the link provided or via the help portal link at the bottom of ever page.
Oh! and don't buy things through the app. It takes a really long time for the appstores to communicate a purchase with Dndbeyond and some people have had to wait months before they were able to use their stuff.

Thats my problem, I accidently threw the sheet away. I don't know what the codes are.
