DDB will automatically add the Con modifier on level up, if the player uses the fixed HP they need do nothing at all as DDB will also automate that for them as well. If they roll for HP, then they simply need to add the amount rolled to the correct field in the Character Builder labeled “Rolled HP” and confirm the new total.
