So when I try to open the character builder, it just keeps reloading, or the page loads but is blank other than top and bottom; in other words, no page content whatsoever. It also keeps rerouting me from character/builder and then to characters, and characters just reloads itself for eternity

For context I'm on Chrome OS

Are you running any ad/popup blockers, browser extensions, or a VPN? One of those could be interfering with DDB.

For browser Extensions, I have a few, but I can't do anything about them, since I'm on a school computer. I do have an adblocker, but I have it turned off. I don't have any VPNs on.

One or more of those extensions is probably the problem.

My D&D beyond character creator and editor no longer works on the web. Keeps giving me random error codes with a beholder. On mobile it does work but no longer on the chrome site.

me as well keep getting error codes since 5 days ago never happened before suddenly cant use my computer for dndbeyond, cleared cache, no vpn, no extensions just flat doesnt work

Edit: Solution tried edge worked fine, so cleared cookies and other site data and cache from all time in chrome and it worked

on a school chromebook and character creator stopped working a few days ago, but only at home, any solutions?

did that already, but there were a few things broken with it and ive sent it off to get fixed, so hopefully one of the breakages was tied to this

When I am trying to make a new character/look at my current characters, it will not let me see them and just shows me a blank white screen. I already made a second account to see if it had to do with my account and it didn't work. plz help :(

We just sat down to play and our whole group is having issues with accessing our characters. We are all using various methods for accessing them too.

Tried clearing cache and cookies for all other sites and I still get a blank page on mobile. When I went to edge and logged in it wouldn't even let me log in. It say internal server error

I'm also having temperamental connectivity issues with the character builder.  I managed to build a character for a 1shot tonight but had the API crash 6 times on me during one hour of use.  Typically after several page refreshes or going to my characters and then loading the character I was able to resume working on it.  I've now finished it and the API has crashed again and now I am just getting the blank white page described above.

I have tried disabling privacy and ad-block extensions, but this has not resolved the problem.    It looks like this issue is server side, the web developer console is full of errors referencing "Cross-Origin Request Blocked" at https://character-service.dndbeyond.com/character/v5/characters/list?{my user id}

It appears that it’s not working on my iPhone in the Safari Browser but I can get it workin’ in Firefox. I dunno why, but, that’s what solved my issue.
