It's the homebrew items "Fedifendsor" and "Darkbane" that are causing the issues. By unequipping the items, you're able to export the character sheets.
This indicates that the items have been set up incorrectly somewhere, I would recommend getting the person in your campaign who made them to review their setup. If I had to hazard a guess, it's the use of non-default fonts and formatting in the items descriptions
Good afternoon, Hoping to get some help with a similar issue. I was looking through the forums for something specific to the issue and this seemed an appropriate spot.
I'm on Win 10 Home Edi, Google Chrome. When using the EXport to PDF function, When i click the download button I get an error that says "Failed - Server Problem". If i copy the link provided and open it, i get the following -
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below
<Error>
<Code>RequestHeaderSectionTooLarge</Code>
<Message>Your request header section exceeds the maximum allowed size.</Message>
In attempting to figure out what is happening, I've tried clearing site cache which did allow me to export 1 PDF, however the issue returned immediately when I tried to export another character, and that time clearing the cache did not have an effect. These are standard generic characters created directly through the build process so no homebrew mechanics or items. Can you lend some help?

Can you provide a little more information, please? Operating system, web browser, etc. Also a link to your character would be helpful.
