Having trouble with an attuned weapon I just received: it is not showing up in my actions list, and is not letting me roll for damage and hit points. I have it equipped and all of my other weapons unequipped. I have refreshed several times, but the weapon is still not showing up. Is/has this happened to anyone else?

Has it been customized to uncheck Display As Attack?

I'm having this issue as well with my coiling grasp tattoo, it doesn't give me the option to roll damage for grasping tendrils/or show up anywhere other than my inventory, even though it's attuned and equipped https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/114055223/MvTh8h

Currently magic items cannot add Actions to character sheets. You’ll have to add it as a Custom Action directly to your character sheet.
