I have all my DM rolls set to “self” but my players can still see them. I don’t care so much about them seeing the numbers, but I often use the stat block of a monster but rename or reflavor it. And if the rolls give it away, it really breaks the immersion. Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas for a fix?
You have to select “roll to self” for each individual roll.
I’ve been using D&D Beyond for a few years now, and I never had to do that until the last couple of months. You have the option to set you rolls to “self” and, until recently, that worked fine. Is that a change that was implemented recently?
And how does that work in regards to the combat tracker?
In the combat tracker 'Send to (default)' is set to self. Since you're getting 'everyone' and can't change it you probably have a cookie or cache issue. In your browser clear your cookies for DDB and if that doesn't fix it clear the cache too.

I’ll try that!

Yeah, lots of things have been screwy around here the past few months, and many of them can be tracked back to cookies and cache.
