One day i signed into my account and my username was changed, it was under the same email and said i had been using the account for the same amount of time. i checked and all of my encounters and character sheets were gone along with my whole campaign. i had purchased 3 book and subscribed, it was all missing. i contacted support and all they did was have me create a wizards account. nothing returned none of my products came back. I don’t know what to do. I can’t find a support line to call and all of my requests end in the same steps with no forward motion.
According to your account you just recently joined on 9/2/23. Are you sure you didn’t accidentally log in under a different method (Apple, Google, Wizards)? If not, did you possibly use the “Hide my Email” setting when you logged in?
I don’t believe i did. i have tried to sign in with all my possible other options and nothing has worked. I have also saved my log in information and had used it multiple times across devices before it happened. I don’t think i used hide my email, I am not one to go to settings and use something like that. is there anyway i would check that?
I've just had this happen to me too. I've logged in with my normal email (i havent used it for a while here) and my username has a string of numbers on the end and DOIP is missing, aswell as its 3 sequel adventures. I've tried logging in with my other emails, but the only way I can log in is by pressing 'with google account' and I only have a valid account with one of them, the other two prompt me to sign up with them. I was hoping there was a way to log in with just email, but I cant. The app had all my content on it with the correct username, but then I tested it by logging out, logged in with yhe only option it gave me, with my google account, and it isnt showing amy of my stuff. all my characters gone, my starter kit that i redeemed with a code gone.

That’s probably because the “hide my email” option was checked this time when you logged in.
