When picking the fighting style superior technique the description reads “
You learn one maneuver of your choice from among those available to the Battle Master archetype. If a maneuver you use requires your target to make a saving throw to resist the maneuver’s effects, the saving throw DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice).
You gain one superiority die, which is a d6 (this die is added to any superiority dice you have from another source). This die is used to fuel your maneuvers. A superiority die is expended when you use it. You regain your expended superiority dice when you finish a short or long rest.”
however it does t display the techniques! This option came out in an older book, and I paid for the listing to be available. A player in my campaign chose it, but didn’t get the listing and completely misused his fighting style being implemented. How is this being overlooked? It’s a simple drop down menu, and adding the superiority dice to his sheet. These options are already coded in the game. Why does WotC have time to launch so much productive but not ensure the products launched work as intended?
Fighting Style - Superior Technique. Not functional. We don't currently have a sensible way of implementing the selection of maneuvers that wouldn't cause characters to become broken in the future. We're working on a solution for this known issue.
Fighting Style - Thrown Weapon Fighting. Displays information on the character sheet, but does not automatically increase damage on throwing weapons. If you take this fighting style for a character, please use the character sheet and select valid weapons, customizing them to add the +2 damage. We are working on a solution for this known issue.
The current workaround is to make a copy of the Martial Adept feat, edit and rename it, and apply it directly to the character sheet under Features & Traits->Feats->Manage Feats. That will let you select your Maneuver without affecting anything else.

As per the very first post in the pinned thread specifically for issues related to Tasha’s Cauldron: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/87774-tashas-cauldron-of-everything-issues-and-support?comment=1)—
