I have a lvl 2 tiefling with abbysal legacy and Ray of Sickness is showing up on the character sheet as one of two fiendish legacy spells. Ray of Frost should not be available until lvl 3. Is this a bug or have I done something to cause?

You're using homebrew or misreading something.
2024 Abyssal Tiefling adds Poison Spray cantrip at 1st level. The only Tiefling that adds Ray of Frost is the Levistus Tiefling from Tome of Foes.
All tiefling versions, (2014 core, expanded ones from tome of foes, and 2024 ones) adds the cantrip at 1st level.

Sorry I mean Ray of Sickness. Not misreading, it is definitely giving me the Ray of Sickness as an option at level 2.
I confirmed that this happens to me too, but only if I select Wisdom as the spellcasting modifier. It looks like it's a problem with that option specifically; it doesn't happen if I select Charisma or Intelligence.
It actually provides the spell as early as level 1, which is definitely a bug.

I didn't think to try changing that and now getting the same.

If the built-in things work anything like the way homebrew stuff works, there are actually three separate options under the hood (i.e., "Abyssal - Charisma", "Abyssal - Intelligence", and "Abyssal - Wisdom") which happen to provide the same spells. Because they're implemented as three separate things, problems like this can be specific to just one of them.
I've created a new level 10 Druid and selected my spells from the list, which all works fine in the app/browser. Trouble is that when I output a PDF of the character sheet; ALL of the possible Druid spells possible up to level 10 (up to 5th level spells) are showing on the sheet, not just my selected ones - making the spell sheet 3 pages long. Doesn't do this with any of my other spell-casting characters.

Anyone else had this issue?
Are your other spellcasters sorcerers, bards and/or warlocks? This is intended and happens with all spellcasters that has access tomore spells than they can prepare (druids, clerics, wizards, paladins, artificers, etc), because the character can change their available spells on a long rest, and this way you don’t need to print a new sheet every morning.
