Hello. I've had a subscription since 02/2023, but I haven't received subscriber perks for 04/2024, or the new ones for 05/2024. I verified that my subscription is still active, and it doesn't need renewed until 02/2025. Could someone help me claim the missing perks? Thank you!
I don't know about release, but I got an email which was sent "Date: Tue, 7 May 2024 20:02:41 -0400 (EDT)". That is about 8 hours ago. I would say that is an announcement.
The email says things like this: "Your May Perks Are in Full Bloom" and it even says: "TRY THEM ON". Still, the perks are missing.

Yep, seems I was behind on the announcement. That's what I get for coming straight to the forums and not checking the homepage.
The frames are appearing for me in my character sheet, you have to go to the Subscriber Frames category and scroll to the bottom. There should be eight in total:
Dandelion (animated and static)
Pegasus (animated and static)
Tulip (animated and static)
Mushroom (animated and static)
If you're not seeing them, try going to https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses and seeing if your entitlements are in sync. There'll be a button to sync them if they're not
Just adding to this thread that my May Perks are not available to me either. My entitlements are in sync, but the new frames haven't shown up. Customer support - here I come! Yay!
I also confirmed billing and that entitlements were synced on my account and yet still not showing up. Submitted a customer support ticket.
I suspect that there is probably a link between the launch of the new marketplace redesign and the coding for the sub perks that is potentially busted for some.

Same situation.
The April subscriber perk was the 'The Kintsugi Dice Pack'. Check under your dice to see if you got them.
I also haven't gotten my May sub perks yet and my Account Entitlements are synced.

The May frames are missing. The last subscriber frames I can see are Mended Heart, Arrow Heart, Lantern and Dragon.
I hope this gets fixed soon.
