I preordered the PHB and have a master subscription. I can see the 2024 PHB in the compendium, but in the character builder, I only have access to options from the 2024 core rules.
I tried a hard refresh and that didn't work for me. I can still only see cleric, fighter, rogue and wizard. Trying to rebuild my barbarian (zealot) using 2024 rules just to see how they compare and can't.
Also, yes, I did pre-purchase the 2024 PHB digitally. I can see it in my list of sources and read it, but it isn't showing up in the character builder, and I am a Master tier sub, for confirmation.

Thanks for this! I tried a hard refresh which didn't work. Logged out, logged back in, and still took two or three hard refreshes on the character builder, but it's there. Maybe it's just taking some extra time to filter down to everyone.
If you don’t see any of the content from the book (preorder bonuses or otherwise), please be sure to resync your entitlements. You can do so by following these steps:
The Sync My Entitlements button seems to be the way to go; was only partially showing up for me (the book on the web, but not on my tablet and not in the classes section or the character builder). Sync fixed it.
This is also mentioned at the top of the "Player’s Handbook - Issues and Support Thread" thread pinned in the forum, which also has some details about different things that are or are not supported.
Im master tier, but have no intention of buying the Dndbeyond PHB 2024. I can only see the 4 base classes (rogue, fighter, wizard, Cleric). Am I SoL and don't get access to the rest without purchasing? Or perhaps do I have to wait until Sept 17? Ooor, is it likely a short term caching issue possibly?
Bonus question, I think I read somewhere that they're only releasing one sub-class per class for free? Is that true? If so, that sucks considering its the Base Rules & I'll own the physical book..

It looks like Cleric, Fighter, Rogue, and Wizard are, in fact, the only classes in the Free Rules. Don't know if they plan for more to exist there eventually, but right now it's just those and the single subclass each.
When the 2024 Player’s Handbook sees its wide release on September 17, we’ll do a full release of the 2024 D&D Free Rules. This will include the remaining base classes—Barbarian, Bard, Druid, Monk, Paladin, Ranger, Sorcerer, and Warlock—as well as one subclass for each class. The full release will also contain more spells and feats.

I'm a Master Tier subscriber and can access all of the content. However I wish to know if my players that I'm sharing content with will also be able to use the 2024 PHB Character Options.

Yes. I'm sharing with a few people this way so they can go through the new book as well. Totally works.

Ahh, a hard refresh of the choose a class page fixed it (cmd-shift-r for those on chrome on Mac, ctrl-shift-r for non-mac)

Same.
I did log out and log back in before I did the hard refresh (logging out on its own did not change anything for me).

Having the same issue and haven't been able to get it resolved. :(
I'm having the same issue as well. Hard refresh did nothing.
Logging out and back in did it for me.
Logging out and back in solved the problem for me. All classes now showing under Core Rules.
Had the same issue. Logging out and logging back in fixed it.
This solved it for me:
Syncing Entitlements

Same issue. Edit: I'm done though, this isn't worth my attention or money.

I'm finding my players have access to the book but not all of the character creation. Anyone know anything about this?
